It looks like Blizzard might have a little bit of trouble with trademarking the name "Overwatch," the team-based multiplayer first-person shooter from the makers of World of Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo. According to documents from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) posted on (as reported on by Polygon), another company also filed for the "Overwatch" trademark - Innovis.
