Activision Publishing has cancelled (or abandoned) two trademarks, according to a report on Games Cabin. The first is a trademark for Radical Entertainment's catch-phrase "Play, Work, Live, Breathe, Games." The company, which Activision acquired in 2005, is best known for developing Scarface: The World Is Yours, Crash: Mind over Mutant, Prototype, and other titles. Currently the studio serves as a support team for Activision.
