Bloomberg reports that the Chinese government plans to establish a court dedicated to intellectual property in Beijing in the coming weeks, with similar courts to be established in other regions of the country including Shanghai and Guangzhou by the end of the year. These new IP courts will tackle cases involving patent and trademark violations, and other issues related to software.
